How far in advance do I need to book Awuna Florists?
The sooner you book with us the earlier your event is secured and scheduled into our appointment book. We get fully booked quite often, and suggest that you contact us as soon as your basic details are in place. We encourage you to schedule a time to see us, or inquire about preliminary pricing and after feeling happy to proceed, confirm your booking as soon as possible.
If I am getting married do I need to have colour choices confirmed before making an appointment?
It is a good idea to have your colours already chosen prior to making your appointment to see us. Your colour palette and styling concept of your wedding day are quite integral to the choices we suggest for you to consider for floral designs. If you don’t have these decisions confirmed you can still make an appointment to see us and we can re-visit your floral proposal after choices have been finalised.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before making an appointment?
Although some clients have very firm ideas on the type of design they would like, it is not required. We are here to help and assist you and guide you through the floral maze. We have portfolios of our work, magazines and lots of images to inspire you.
Do you deliver flowers?
Unfortunately this is not offered at this time, but we hope to in the future.
What if I change my mind on certain things after I have booked you?
We understand that everyone changes their mind! So changes are always accepted up to 1 month prior to your wedding/event date, from 4 weeks out we need everything set in stone and confirmed. All other arrangements must be cancelled 48 hrs in advance or you will lose your deposit.
Do you offer wedding bouquet packages?
No we don’t offer packages; these can be restrictive and limit your choices. We quote you on your individual requirements so you can be sure you are receiving exactly what you want and nothing more or less. As you can imagine every wedding is unique and individual so we custom design an arrangement to suit your needs, surely you don’t want to choose from either A, B or C on such a very special day!
How do I confirm with Awuna Florists?
We suggest that you make contact with us as soon as you know when you need our services. If you can make a time to see us that’s great, we offer consultations 7 days a week by appointment, and yes we can see you on weekends, but remember this is our busiest time so we do suggest organising a weekend appointment a couple of weeks in advance.
Can I place an order for someone in Sierra Leone even if I don't live there?
Absolutely! We welcome orders from every corners of the globe. To begin the process, please e-mail us using our contact page with questions about the type of arrangement you desire. Once we receive your e-mail, one of our designers will contact you immediately regarding pricing and other information. All international orders will be processed through paypal, and payment must be made prior to completion of work.
